Brand fit

Best brand fits for UK health influencers

Read brand fit here by the creator's professional lane, since a nutritionist, a GP and a meditation teacher reach very different audiences.

Supplements and functional foods
Best fit

Nutrition and gut-health creators already post recipes and ingredient content, so they fit supplements, protein and functional drinks naturally.

Health and wellness apps
Strong

Meditation, sleep and habit creators map closely to mindfulness, fitness and tracking apps.

Activewear and recovery gear
Strong

Strength coaches and biohacking creators regularly show training, cold exposure and recovery routines.

Whole foods and meal kits
Good

Recipe-led nutritionists give credible reach for food and meal-prep brands wanting a health angle.

Wearables and health tech
Good

Biohacking and performance creators talk about sleep, data and recovery, which suits wearables.

Yoga, spa and at-home wellness
Niche

Yoga teachers and holistic creators fit calm, self-care and at-home wellness products.

Many of these creators lead with real credentials rather than follower counts. The list includes degree-qualified nutritionists, NHS doctors, a counselling psychologist, certified yoga teachers and strength coaches who describe their training in their bios. Several are published authors or broadcasters, which is why a lot of the content reads as education first.

The styles range widely. Some run recipe and gut-health feeds, others build calm around meditation, breathwork and cold-water routines, and a third group focuses on natural strength training. That spread lets a brand match the exact tone it needs, from clinical credibility to upbeat everyday wellness.

Our verdict

This shortlist is strongest when credibility carries the message. The qualified nutritionists and doctors suit campaigns that need trustworthy health claims, while the mindfulness and biohacking creators fit calm, recovery and everyday-wellness products.

Start with the lane that matches your brand: nutrition and supplements with the recipe and science creators, apps and wearables with the meditation and performance creators. The 24 shown here are the engaged top of a much larger pool.

We track 8,566 UK health creators in total, so use this list as a starting shortlist, then open the full slice to filter by audience quality, location and verified contact before you brief anyone.

Methodology

How we selected these influencers

How we picked this shortlist: we started from UK health and wellness creators on Instagram and ranked the strongest by reach, engagement and audience quality.

Eligibility: real individual UK health and wellness creators, including nutritionists, doctors, coaches, meditation teachers and holistic-wellness voices. Product brands, stores, agencies and movement pages were removed.

Audience location

we weighted toward creators whose audience is meaningfully based in the UK, not only creators who live there.

Engagement benchmark: typical Instagram engagement runs from about 0.80% at 10 to 50K followers up to 1.20% at 1M+, per the Creator Economy Report 2026. We compare each creator against the benchmark for their size.

Audience quality

each creator carries a real-audience score that estimates the share of followers reading as genuine people.

Data source and date

figures come from the Click Analytic database, refreshed regularly, with national benchmarks from the Creator Economy Report 2026 (data: December 2025).

Shortlist vs full slice

the 24 shown are a public sample of the 8,566 UK health creators we track.

The figures above are a snapshot pulled on June 16, 2026, not a live feed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything brands ask before shortlisting UK health creators.

How were these UK health influencers chosen and ranked?

We started from UK health and wellness creators on Instagram and ranked the strongest by reach, how engaged their followers are, and how real their audience looks. We kept real individual creators, including nutritionists, doctors, coaches and meditation teachers, and removed product brands, stores and agencies.

Is this list only Instagram creators?

Yes. Every creator here is ranked on their Instagram account. Several also post on TikTok and YouTube, but the followers and engagement shown on this page are their Instagram figures.

How do you check audience quality?

Each creator carries a real-audience score that estimates the share of followers reading as genuine people. Across this shortlist that average is about 80%, and about 84% of the list clears a 75%-real-audience bar.

How engaged are these creators compared with a typical account?

Their followers engage about 2.8 times more per post than a typical UK Instagram account of the same size. Across all UK Instagram creators in the Creator Economy Report 2026, only 39% clear a 75%-real-audience bar, so this group sits well above the average.

What kinds of health creators are on the list?

It spans qualified nutritionists, NHS doctors, strength and natural-lifting coaches, meditation and breathwork teachers, yoga instructors, and holistic or biohacking creators covering sleep, cold exposure and recovery.

How do I find more UK health creators or their contact details?

This page is a sample of the 8,566 UK health creators we track. Inside Click Analytic you can search the full slice and filter by audience location, audience quality, estimated price per post and verified contact email.

Photos and figures reflect the data snapshot date and may differ from the current profiles.
