02Why is gaming such a small field?

Because the word is specific in a way that lifestyle is not. 1,325 US accounts in this size band name gaming in a bio, against 21,898 for lifestyle and 16,477 for beauty. Few of them clear our quality floors, so this page covers a large part of what is available.

03Why are the biggest gaming accounts missing?

Because most of them are not creators. A sportswear brand's gaming channel, a game studio, a news outlet and a service selling account boosts all passed the screen on reach alone, and none of them is a person you can brief. Clip and repost farms came off for the same reason.

04Does the index favour small accounts here?

It favours accounts whose Reels travel. The top card has 80,119 followers and Reels reaching almost twice that; the largest account on the page has 505,192 and Reels reaching four tenths of it. On a gaming brief that ratio is closer to what a launch post will actually do.

05Who was left out, and why?

A sportswear brand, a game studio, a news outlet, a boosting service, three clip farms, a curation brand, a resort that matched on an unrelated word, and one creator already published on our US tech page, so the two rosters do not overlap.

06How current is this?

Every account posted within 30 days of the Sep 7, 2026 snapshot. Follower counts, engagement, Reel views and audience shares are read at that date and move week to week at this size, so re-check before a campaign.
