Answers on the index, why this list is 20, the Pflege problem, and how German these audiences are.
Because the German keyword for skincare also means nursing. Pflege covers skin care, patient care and car care, so the query returns intensive care nurses, nursing trainees and car enthusiasts alongside skincare creators, and all of them clear the quality floors. Once the nursing and car accounts were set aside, twenty accounts remained that actually work in skin. We publish the number the field supports rather than filling the last five places with nurses.
We started with 97,105 Germany-based Instagram accounts of 10,000 followers or more and kept those naming skincare wording in their own bio. Those were screened for at least 20 percent of the audience in Germany, engagement of at least 2 percent, an audience at least 60 percent real, average Reel views above 1,000 and a post inside the last 30 days. The 20 published are the highest scoring on the CA Influence Index.
Because the ranking is not ordered by followers. Alisa Cayenne has the largest following on this page at 178,330 and finishes 8th: her Reels reach about nine tenths of her follower count. Andrea Celik leads on a following seven times smaller because her Reels reach more than one and a half times hers, on more than six times the German median engagement rate.
Both, and the difference matters for briefing. Andrea Celik is a facial expert, Selma Eser works with laser and anti-ageing, Ade Lina is an aesthetic expert and Shenja Cerzo is a trained druggist with her own label. Against them, Emily at scienskin checks products and debunks myths, Leo at rundumhaut reviews drugstore skincare, and Mandy tests it. A treatment brand and a drugstore launch want different halves of this page.
Teresa is highest at 79 percent, then My Beauty Daily at 78 and Andrea Celik at 75. Two are notably lower: Nour Shekh Omer at 31 percent and Munira Imamovic at 28 percent, and neither is on this page for that reason. Every published card shows its German share, so you can read it before you brief.
