“𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗶 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸”
Lamine Yamal holds the largest Spanish following on Instagram behind a bio two words long. Barcelona and Spain do the talking, and well under half the audience watches from Spain.
We reviewed 1,250,239 Spanish creators and picked 25 worth putting in front of a brand, across different niches. The database holds many more.
The ranking
To build this list, we filtered for Instagram accounts based in Spain and ranked them by follower count, applying no engagement, audience-quality or view floor to membership, because on a most-followed page a quality floor would change the answer to the question being asked. We then read the top of that ranking by hand and removed every account with no person behind it: the meme aggregators, the streaming-service and newspaper feeds, the art-curation pages and the television-show accounts. The 25 people published here run from 3,717,816 to 58,174,228 followers, and each card prints the engagement rate, average Reel views, Spanish audience share and real-audience reading, so the quality this ranking deliberately does not screen for can still be read off the page.

ꜰᴇʟɪᴢ ᴘᴇʀᴏ ɴᴏ ᴍᴜᴄʜᴏ
Auronplay is Spain's biggest streaming name, built on Twitch and carried across to here. The audience is Spanish-speaking rather than Spain-based, which is what years of Latin American reach do to a channel.
Si lees esto que sepas que te quiero.
Ibai runs the largest Spanish-language broadcast operation there is, from the Kings League to boxing nights. The bio says only that he loves you, and the following spans two continents.
House of the spirits out on @primevideo
Nicole Wallace is promoting a Prime Video release, and is the highest-placed woman here. Roughly half the audience sits in Spain and the rest across Latin America, the shape a co-production leaves behind.
Jugador del @fcbarcelona Brands & Partnerships:
Barcelona is the whole bio, with a partnerships address underneath. This is the most Spain-weighted audience in the top ten, and the response holds up where most accounts of this size collapse.
Tennis player🇪🇸 Always💯 @fundacionalcaraz
Tennis travels further than football does, and it shows: two thirds of this audience sits outside Spain. The bio names a personal foundation, which is unusual at this level.
Creando contenido con pasión! @teamheretics & @saiyans_fc Owner. 🔥💙
Owner of Team Heretics and a stake in Saiyans FC, which makes this a business as much as a channel. The response is thin for the size, and most of the audience is not in Spain.
@athleticclub @nikefootball
Athletic Club and Nike, stated and nothing more. Nearly two thirds of the audience is Spanish, which is rare this high up, though the engagement sits near the bottom of this page.
@fcbarcelona @sefutbol
A Barcelona and Spain international with a direct booking address in the bio. The response is strong for a following this large, but only about a third of it watches from Spain.
@fcbarcelona x @underarmourfc
Fermin Lopez pairs Barcelona with an Under Armour deal, one of the few here wearing neither adidas nor Nike. Most of the audience is abroad, and the real-audience reading is soft.

Real Madrid is the entire bio. Reach and Spanish share are both strong, but this account carries the weakest real-audience reading anywhere on the page, and that is worth resolving before a brief.
O teu galego favorito 📩
Xurxo Carreno calls himself your favourite Galician and is represented by a talent agency. A firmly home-weighted audience, though the response rate is low enough that the reach is worth more than the reply.
El arte más noble es el de hacer feliz a los demás Humor sano 🇪🇸 🇨🇱 🇲🇽 🇦🇷 🇨🇴 🇪🇨 🇺🇾 🇨🇷 🇻🇪 🇵🇪 🇭🇳 🇬🇹 🇩🇲 🇨🇺 🇬🇶 🇵🇾 🇩🇴 🇵🇦🇵🇷
Nacho makes clean humour for a Spanish-speaking audience across a dozen countries, listed flag by flag in the bio. Represented by a talent house, with roughly half the following at home.
🌎 Creo contenido y viajo por el mundo ✈️🎬 💼 ⚽️ CEO: @futbolonze
Marryto pairs travel content with ownership of a football media brand, booked through an agency. The reach is wide and the audience mostly abroad, so this is a Spanish-language buy rather than a Spanish one.
representada por @okikocreatives just a fashion girly who loves cooking 🧚♀️🍄🌻🍒🦋🌸🐞 madrid 📥
Fashion and cooking in one feed, represented by Okiko Creatives and posting from Madrid. The response runs well ahead of most accounts at this scale, which is the reason to look past the split audience.
CUARTO AZUL
A pop singer whose bio is just an album title. Among the accounts above four million she is one of the few keeping two thirds of the audience inside Spain while still drawing a real response.
☆ A C T R E S S ☆
Actress, spelled out in capitals and nothing else. Classic talent reach: a very large following, a quiet response rate, and an audience that has spread well beyond Spain over a long screen career.
Psiquiatra Te ayudo a entender tus emociones y calmar tu mente. 🫶🏽
A psychiatrist and author writing about emotional regulation, with a meditation download in the bio. The audience is half Spanish and reads clean, but it responds very little to what is posted.
🌍| Spain, @lolalolita.land 🎡🚀 📩| 🦋🌺🌊🧜🏼♀️💄🧚🏼♀️💘🐈🌅🌈
Lola Lolita came up with the original Spanish teen-creator generation and now has her own brand and a manager in the bio. The reach is large, the response modest, and the audience split down the middle.
📍Sevilla, España @inmanagement 📩 🩷💅🏽😼👸🏽🧞♀️🤌🏾👠🌸
Ines Garcia beats everything else on this page for engagement, with almost the entire audience Spanish. Posting from Seville through the InManagement agency, this is the sharpest domestic buy available here.

Joaquin Sanchez turned a playing career into a broadcasting one and the audience stayed home, giving him one of the highest Spanish shares on the page. The response, though, is very quiet.
NUEVO libro a la venta 📕 Recetas que salen 🥇Gastro Influencer Awards Spain 25 YouTube 5M Facebook 8M TikTok 1M contacto ⬇️
Anna Teres publishes easy recipes, a book and a Spanish gastro award, with a YouTube channel in the millions alongside. The lowest engagement rate measured anywhere on this page, on a large and clean audience.
@fcbarcelona No Twitter
Hector Fort lists Barcelona and, pointedly, no Twitter. Strong response and reach for the size, with the audience split roughly evenly between Spain and everywhere else.
ᴄʜᴀɴɢᴇ ɪs ᴛʜᴇ ᴏɴʟʏ ᴄᴏɴsᴛᴀɴᴛ... 😘🇪🇸 Contacto: @anateno TikTok @pau_eche
A very large following paired with one of the quietest response rates on this page, and about half of it sitting inside Spain. Bookings run through a named management agency, and the same handle carries over to TikTok.
📩: Canal de YouTube: Marta Diaz ✨ Tik tok: maarta_diaz 😃🎼
Marta Diaz carries the same audience across YouTube and TikTok as well as here, with a management address in the bio. Middling response, a clean audience, and less than half of it in Spain.
The follower number and the response rate disagree completely. Engagement across these 25 runs from 0.24% to 34.95%, a spread of more than a hundred to one, and the sharpest account on the page sits twentieth by size. Five of the twelve largest accounts here draw a weaker response than the Spanish market median for their size band.
The biggest Spanish accounts are not really Spanish audiences. The median Spanish share on this page is 47%, and fourteen of the 25 sit under half. Only eleven keep a majority of their following at home, and the pattern is consistent: the higher the follower count, the further the audience has drifted to Latin America.
Football dominates the top of the ranking. Eight of these 25 are footballers and a ninth is a tennis player, which is nine sport accounts in a list of the country's biggest, including four of the top ten. The next largest group is broadcasting: two streamers and a humour channel between them carry more followers than the eight footballers.
Size and response move in opposite directions on this page. Engagement runs from 0.24% to 34.95%, and the widest gaps sit near the top: several accounts above six million followers draw a weaker response than accounts a tenth their size do elsewhere on this site.
Check where the audience actually is before booking any of them. Fourteen of these 25 keep under half their following in Spain, and the median Spanish share across the page is 47%. For a Spain-only campaign most of these are Spanish-language buys rather than Spanish-market ones.

FAQ
Six questions about who counts as the most followed in Spain, why some very large accounts are missing, and what the follower number does not tell you.
Lamine Yamal, with 58,174,228 followers when this page was measured on September 2, 2026. That is more than three times the next Spanish account on the list, and roughly a quarter of the combined following of all 25 people published here.
Because five accounts that would otherwise rank have nobody behind them: a meme aggregator, a streaming service, an art-curation feed, a television programme and a media project account. This page publishes people, so those were removed by hand. It is the only editorial decision applied to the ranking.
By follower count and nothing else. Of the 2,699 Spanish Instagram accounts this run measured in full, 315 hold at least 500,000 followers. Ranking those by size and removing the accounts that are not a person leaves the 25 published here, running from 3,717,816 to 58,174,228 followers.
No, and the page shows the opposite. Engagement across these 25 runs from 0.24% to 34.95%, and the strongest rate belongs to one of the smaller accounts on the list rather than one of the largest. Follower count and response rate are separate measurements, and both are printed on every card.
Between 31% and 93%, with a median of 47%. Fourteen of the 25 keep under half their following inside Spain, which is what happens at this scale: the largest Spanish accounts export to Latin America. The measured share is on every card, so it can be read before anyone is briefed.
Every figure was measured on September 2, 2026. Follower counts at this scale move daily, so treat the numbers and the ordering as a snapshot of that date rather than as a live leaderboard.
