Click Analytic lists every public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profile with 1,000 or more followers, 400M+ creators in total. Filters turn that number into a shortlist you can contact.
This is the quick reference: what each filter group in the Search tool does and the value to start with. For the full routine, with screenshots and a worked first search, follow our 5-step guide to finding creators.
Start with two or three filters, run the search, then refine. Click Analytic tells you whether the search is too broad, too niche or just right, while 10 to 20 filters at once quietly empty the list.
Basic filters for size, location, engagement and activity
Basic filters describe the creator and their reach. Good starting values:
- Followers: keep the band wide. A band of 10,000 to 25,000 can leave too few results once other filters stack up.
- Audience location: where the followers live, a separate filter from creator location. Set the minimum share at 70% or less for a country and 10% or less for a city.
- Engagement rate (likes and comments as a share of followers): start at 2 to 3% on Instagram.
- Average views: lead with this on TikTok and YouTube, where views matter more than engagement.
- Activity: a post in the last 30 days and 50 or more posts in total.
Note: to check one creator you already know, skip the filters and open Analyze & Compare from the Search menu for a full report.
Tip: know your audience before you search. Analyze & Compare works on brand accounts, so running your own handle shows where your followers live, their age and their interests.
Find niche creators with one power filter at a time
Power filters find creators by what they post, what their bio says or what their audience engages with. Use one at a time to start:
- Audience interests: what the audience engages with. Start at 30 to 40% and raise it to 50 to 70% if too many creators come back.
- Creator niche: what the creator posts about, detected by our AI from captions, photos and videos. This filter and audience interests work on Instagram.
- Bio keywords: a word in the creator's bio, such as fitness, teacher, mom or "UGC" (user-generated content). One keyword at a time.
- Topics: themes our AI tags across an account. Pick several and you get creators who match any of them.
- Talks About: a keyword, a hashtag or a brand mention such as @nike in captions. Fill in all three and a creator must match all three. Stories are not covered.
Tip: when a creator fits, reuse the words in their bio as bio keywords.
Note: you can select several audience interests at once.
