We searched Sweden-based Instagram bios between 10K and 1M followers for fitness, "träning" (Swedish for training), gym, "personlig tränare" (Swedish for personal trainer) and crossfit; 206 name fitness alone. Each account had to hold at least 20% of its audience in Sweden, engage at 1% or more, read at least 70% real and post in the last 30 days. We kept the 25 that rank highest.
Ludde Blomqvist has the most followers, 244,148, but Reels average under half that many views and 41% of the audience sits in Sweden, so the index places the account eighteenth. Jacob Karlsson leads at A+ 95 from 11,607 followers.
It is a 0 to 99 score built from Swedish audience share, engagement against the Swedish median for the account's size, Reel views against followers and audience quality. Titles earn nothing on their own: the Olympic slalom champion and the former boxing world champion both grade C.
The median is 79%. Kalorigott holds 90%, the highest, and Maria Mars 22%, the lowest. Every account had to pass a 20% floor.
