Ready for an honest, no-fluff Upfluence review? π€
One thing first: Click Analytic competes with Upfluence, so weigh our view with that in mind. Every Upfluence fact below comes from Upfluence's own pricing page, product pages and help center, checked in October 2026, with a link to each source so you can check it yourself.
If you only need the short version (price model, trial, strengths, weaknesses and alternatives), it's in Upfluence's card in our comparison of 16 influencer marketing platforms. This review goes deeper: what each plan includes, how buying works, how the workflow runs from Live Capture to payouts, who it fits and who it doesn't, and how it compares with Click Analytic.

Our Upfluence review: Pricing, features, and more
In this Upfluence review, we'll look at its plans, how you buy it and how its workflow runs, then compare it with our own influencer marketing platform.
What is Upfluence?
Upfluence is a sales-led influencer marketing platform for brands and agencies. You search for creators, contact them, run campaigns, track sales and, on the top plan, pay creators, all in one place.
Upfluence now calls itself "The first agentic influencer platform", built around its AI agent, Jaice. That's Upfluence's own description; we cover what Jaice actually does below.
Its search covers 14M+ creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Pinterest and X/Twitter, according to its search page.
Its best-known idea is Live Capture: connect your store or Klaviyo account, and Upfluence checks which of your customers and subscribers are creators.
Today, Upfluence is a hub for managing every aspect of influencer campaigns, from discovery and outreach to performance tracking. π
Who Upfluence fits, and who it doesn't
Upfluence fits ecommerce and DTC brands that sell through Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon and want creator recruiting, affiliate codes, product shipments and payouts under one contract. Its plans are written for "brands & agencies", and it also markets itself for affiliate and UGC programs.
It fits less well if you want to see a price before talking to sales, pay month to month, or start testing on your own today. There's no public price, the free trial is set up after an initial call, and the minimum contract is 12 months (pricing page).
It's also a weaker fit if your creators are mainly on YouTube and you need audience filters: Upfluence's audience filters (age range, gender, country) work on Instagram and TikTok only (help center).
How the Upfluence workflow runs
Here's how the workflow runs, step by step, and which plan each step needs.
π¬ Search and vetting (all plans)
Search covers 14M+ creators. You filter by followers, engagement rate, follower and engagement growth, last activity, creator country, language, gender and age, and by keywords in a bio or in post content (help center).
There are limits. Audience filters work on Instagram and TikTok only. YouTube audience data (country, age, gender) appears only for creators who connect their YouTube account to Upfluence's Creator Space (help center). And you can't search or filter creators by content category yet; Upfluence says this feature "is evolving" (help center).
For vetting, each creator's side panel shows Real %, the share of real users in the creator's engaged audience, and Upfluence suggests picking creators at 90%+ (help center). A brand safety filter screens four risk categories: violence, adult content, substance and addiction, and offensive behavior.
For comparison, Click Analytic searches 425M+ creator profiles (Instagram 95M+, TikTok 313M+, YouTube 16M+). Vendors count differently, so treat both figures as rough signals, not a like-for-like test.
ποΈ Live Capture: creators among your customers
Live Capture is the feature we'd look at Upfluence for. Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce), BigCommerce or Klaviyo, and Upfluence matches each new customer's or subscriber's email address against its creator database. Matches go into a list you choose (help center).
Set your expectations, though. Upfluence's help center says about 1 to 3% of profiles match for store integrations, and slightly above 1% for Klaviyo. There's no minimum follower count, so you'll surface small creators too, and Upfluence's team can match a custom customer database manually.
One thing to check on the demo: the pricing table lists CMS database matching on all three plans, but the store integrations themselves only from Scale up (pricing page). Ask which connection your plan needs for Live Capture to work.
𧲠Creator Marketplace (Scale and Autopilot)
Instead of reaching out to every creator, you can publish a program and let creators apply. Upfluence says matching creators from its 12M+ database see your campaign and apply in one click (marketplace page). The pricing table leaves the Marketplace out of the entry plan. Every plan can also add a sign-up page to your website or social bios to recruit ambassadors.
π§ Outreach and the Jaice AI agent
Every plan includes mass outreach, custom templates and fields, Gmail and Outlook integration and an AI email assistant. Automated drip sequences start on Scale (pricing page).
Jaice, Upfluence's AI agent, is listed for campaign creation from Scale up. Upfluence says it crawls your brand URL to learn what you sell, turns your goals into a campaign brief, shortlists creators after brand safety screening, drafts the outreach, publishes programs and follows up with creators (Jaice page). The same page offers MCP access, so you can query creator data from Claude or ChatGPT. These are Upfluence's descriptions, not results we measured.
π¦ Ecommerce, tracking and social listening (Scale and Autopilot)
From Scale up you get Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon integrations, a CRM, affiliate links and discount codes, one-click product shipment, a sales analytics dashboard, a social listening stream and a Hootsuite integration. Upfluence takes no percentage of the sales it tracks (pricing page).
Social listening monitors branded mentions and hashtags. Reporting covers likes, comments, shares, saves and video views, plus clicks, conversions, revenue and commissions from codes and links (analytics page).
πΈ Payments with Upfluence Pay (Autopilot only)
Paying creators inside the platform is an Autopilot feature. Upfluence Pay collects payout details with KYC checks and W-9 or W-8BEN tax forms, generates invoices and pays creators worldwide in bulk, with currency conversion handled for you (Upfluence Pay). Autopilot also lists automatic 1099 and W-9 forms per creator paid (pricing page). Upfluence says it takes no cut of creator payouts; you pay the fixed platform fee instead.
Pros and cons of Upfluence

Now that we understand Upfluence's features, let's look at the advantages and disadvantages of using Upfluence to power your influencer marketing.
Pros:
Letβs start with the good news.
β It recruits from your own customers
Live Capture turns your store and Klaviyo lists into a creator source, with no minimum follower count. People who already buy from you are often the easiest creators to sign.
β Commerce beyond Shopify
Scale and Autopilot connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon, with affiliate links, discount codes and product shipments, and Upfluence takes no percentage of sales.
β Payouts and tax paperwork handled
On Autopilot, Upfluence Pay handles bulk payouts in local currencies, invoices and US tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN and 1099), which saves a finance team real work.
Cons:
And here is the bad news.
β No public price, and a 12-month minimum
You get a quote only after a demo, priced by module, team size and program volume, and the minimum contract is 12 months. The trial is set up after an initial call, and the pricing page doesn't say how long it lasts or whether it needs a card.
β The entry plan is thin for ecommerce
Find High-Impact Creators leaves out the Marketplace, drip sequences, Jaice campaign creation, store integrations, affiliate codes and payments. For most ecommerce programs the real starting point is Scale.
β Gaps in search
Audience filters cover Instagram and TikTok only, YouTube audience data depends on the creator connecting their channel, and you can't filter by content category yet.
Upfluence pricing and plans: how buying works
Upfluence doesn't publish prices. Each plan is a fixed platform fee, quoted by module, team size and program volume, and Upfluence takes no percentage of sales (pricing page).
Buying works like this: you book a demo, Upfluence sets up a free trial after that initial call, configured for your use case, and you sign for at least 12 months. Before that, Upfluence points you to its free influencer marketing tools to test its data. There's no mandatory setup fee, every plan includes free self-serve onboarding with video guides, and you can add a custom onboarding package or hand your first setup tasks to Upfluence's agency team. Every client gets a dedicated account manager from day one.
There are three plans, and each includes everything in the one before it:
Find High-Impact Creators: search across the 14M+ database, brand safety screening, recruitment pages, lookalikes, CMS database matching, mass outreach with Gmail and Outlook, an AI email assistant, two-factor security and role-based permissions.
Scale Creator Programs (marked Recommended): adds the Creator Marketplace, drip email sequences, Jaice campaign creation, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon integrations, a CRM, affiliate links and discounts, one-click product shipment, a sales dashboard, a social listening stream and Hootsuite.
Run Programs on Autopilot: adds creator payments through Upfluence Pay in multiple currencies, and automatic 1099 and W-9 forms per creator paid.
Questions worth asking on the demo: how long the trial lasts and whether it needs a card, which plan Live Capture needs for your store, how many seats the quote covers, and what the renewal terms are after the first 12 months.
Upfluence vs Click Analytic: an honest comparison
We make Click Analytic, so read this part knowing that. Here's where each one is the better pick, using only what both companies publish.
Pick Upfluence if you want to recruit creators from your own customers with Live Capture, you sell on WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon as well as Shopify, you want payouts with US tax forms handled in the platform, you want a marketplace where creators apply, or you need Twitch, Pinterest or X/Twitter creators.
Pick Click Analytic if you want a published price and no sales call. Launch is $79 a month and Operate $189 ($59 and $129 billed yearly), with a 14-day trial, no card, and no long-term contract on monthly plans (our pricing). It searches 425M+ creator profiles, scores fake followers with the Audience Authenticity Score on Instagram and TikTok, and tracks Instagram and TikTok posts and stories without asking creators to sign up, attributing clicks, orders and sales through UTM links and Shopify promo codes.
Where Click Analytic falls short of Upfluence: our pricing page lists Shopify as the store integration, not WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon; there's no customer-list matching like Live Capture; its Deals and Payments feature holds funds in escrow until you approve the content but tax-form handling isn't advertised; and Launch is a single user (Operate has 3). The closest thing to Live Capture is our Social Listening, which surfaces public creators who mention your brand on Instagram and TikTok, not your customers. The fair test is to run the same creator shortlist through both before you sign anything.
