Influencer marketing for agencies

Walk into a client pitch knowing how many creators fit the brief, then send an audience report with every name you propose. Run the campaign and report under your own brand.

Clients ask two questions before they sign an agency

How many creators could work for us? Why these ones? An agency that answers both with numbers gets the account.

✕

No count for the client's market

A prospect asks how many German creators post about skincare. Without a count, your answer is a guess. The agency pitching after you may bring a number.

✕

Local clients need local audiences

A restaurant group in Zurich gains nothing from a creator whose followers live in Los Angeles. A country filter stops at the border. A city brief needs a city filter.

✕

A bought audience becomes your problem

If a creator you recommended turns out to have bought followers, the client blames the agency that picked them. Checking takes minutes before the pitch. Skipping it can cost the account.

Size a market before the pitch

See how many creators match a client's country and niche before you build a list. Filter by creator country or city, audience country or city with a minimum share, audience age and gender, follower range, engagement rate and bio keywords, across 400M+ profiles on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

An audience report behind every name

Each creator you propose comes with a report the client can read: audience country, age and gender split, and interests. Instagram reports add the share of followers that read as real.

One pipeline per client account

Pitch from your connected Gmail, keep each client's creators in their own list, and file the brief and notes on each creator's record. A reply meant for one account never lands in another account's pipeline.

Every client post, collected

Once a campaign starts, tracking picks up each signed creator's posts for that client. Nobody rebuilds the post list from screenshots the night before the recap.

Reports that carry your agency's name

Export white-label reports with posts and engagement per creator and send them as agency work. One file per client, per campaign.

From pitch to recap: an agency client in Click Analytic

01

Count the market

Before the pitch, count the creators in the client's country and niche. That number opens the deck.

02

Narrow to the brief

Add the client's audience country or city, age and gender. Sort by engagement rate and save the result as that client's list.

03

Send names with evidence

Export the shortlist with one audience report per creator. The client approves on the audience, not on your say-so.

04

Contact the approved creators

Reach out from your inbox, attach the brief, and keep every reply on the creator's record.

05

Recap under your brand

Collect the campaign posts and send the client a white-label report when it ends.

Make the creator proposal answer the client's brief

An agency needs a defensible selection process and a campaign the client can approve. Start with the objective, sales territory, audience, creative format, deliverables and budget. Present why each creator fits those requirements, including a relevant piece of content, rather than filling a slide with follower counts.

For a software client, the proposal should show tutorial ability and the intended activation event. For an apparel client, it should show fit demonstrations, delivery coverage and the product available to buy. Our SaaS and Shopify guides cover how those two kinds of campaign differ.

Briefing a launch across two client markets

Build a separate shortlist for each market and language. Check that the same creator is not being counted twice as two independent audiences. Record local product availability, pricing and landing pages. Ask the client to approve the shortlist and claims before outreach creates an expectation of a booking.

Keep one named owner for the brief, creator agreement, content approval and reporting. Set the deadline for feedback and the number of revision rounds. Usage rights and category exclusivity belong in the commercial agreement, not in a last-minute request after delivery.

Tell the client how deep the market is

A count of the creators who match the client's country, niche and audience rules is the first slide worth showing. A shallow market means fewer names, longer partnerships and more reuse of the content that works. A deep one means the agency's value is in the cut, so show the reasons each name made the list.

Give the client a report they can act on

Separate booked, delivered and published content. For performance, name the platform, date range, attribution method and source of revenue data. Explain where the agency has measured results and where it has only a signal, such as clicks or saves.

Close with a decision for each partnership: repeat the demonstrated format, change the audience or landing page, resolve a delivery issue, or stop. A white-label report is useful when it supports those decisions. Replacing a platform logo with an agency logo does not make a generic result relevant to the client's next campaign.

Pitches, sign-off and client reports

Can I size a client's market before we sign them?

Yes. Set the client's country and a keyword for their niche, and the search shows how many creators match before you open a single profile. Add the audience filters and watch the number fall to the creators you would actually propose.

Can a client read the reports without a Click Analytic login?

Yes. Export each creator's audience report as a file and send it. As a white-label report it carries your agency's name, so the client reads your work, not a vendor's.

Can each client keep its own shortlist and report?

Yes. Save each search as that client's list, file notes and briefs on each creator's record, and export a white-label report per client.

How do I show a client who follows a TikTok creator?

Send the creator's audience report: where the audience lives, its age and gender split, and its interests.

Which plan fits an agency running several clients?

Launch costs $79 a month. Operate, at $189, raises the limits on searches, audience reports and tracked creators, which is where several live clients add up. Custom plans start at $500.

Count your next prospect's market

Pick the country and niche of the client you are pitching, read the count, and bring that number to the meeting.
