Modash brings creator discovery, audience analysis, relationship management and campaign tracking into one platform. Its public pricing page also lists Shopify workflows and, on higher tiers, creator payments and affiliate management. This review goes past the price card: what each plan gets you, how the limits are counted, a worked example of one month, the day-to-day workflow and an honest comparison with Click Analytic. How we reviewed Modash
We checked Modash’s public pricing page, feature pages and help center on 27 October 2026. This review evaluates published documentation; it is not a hands-on product test. Click Analytic is our product, so the comparison below has a commercial interest.
What Modash includes
Modash searches Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and says it includes every public profile with over 1K followers, 380M+ in total, updated several times a month. Discovery adds AI search, image search, 37 filters, lookalikes and an influential fans search for creators who already follow you. Fake follower detection and audience credibility scores cover Instagram only, per its help center. Management features include creator lists, relationship notes, public email discovery and a Gmail or Outlook inbox. Campaign tracking collects posts, videos and Stories (not TikTok Stories) on all three platforms without creator sign-up.
The Shopify integration is in every plan at no extra charge: gifting, discount codes, tracking links and sales attribution. It also handles stores with several storefronts: one influencer code can work across the stores you choose, and tracking links can send clicks to the right storefront per country. Affiliate management needs Performance on annual billing or Enterprise. Payments are listed from Performance: on annual billing, payouts are fee-free up to $10,000 a year (combined with affiliate payouts) and 5% is charged on the amount above. The pricing FAQ also mentions per-payout fees on Essentials, so confirm the payment terms for the plan you would buy.
How the Modash workflow runs
- Find: search with filters or AI search, open profiles to vet creators, and save your picks to lists in Manage. Each profile you open counts toward the monthly limit.
- Contact: unlock public emails and send from your connected Gmail or Outlook account. Bulk sending has separate daily lanes per connected account: 100 new outreach emails and 300 follow-ups, 400 in total, so a full follow-up queue does not block new outreach. One-off emails from the inbox don't count.
- Gift and code: send a Shopify gift offer with a budget cap, let creators order the products themselves, and follow fulfilment in Modash. Promo codes and tracking links are created in the same place.
- Track: create a campaign with hashtags, mentions or keywords, backdate it by up to a week and add creators. Content usually appears within 24 hours and then updates every 12 hours. Posts without the campaign hashtag still land in an All Content tab.
- Pay: on plans with Payments, you approve payouts and pay Modash one invoice, and Modash pays creators in their local currency in 180+ countries. Creators sign up once, only for payouts and tax details.
Modash pricing and trial limits
On 27 October 2026, Modash displayed Essentials at $299 per month on monthly billing or $199 per month when $2,388 is paid yearly. The same page displayed Performance at $599 monthly or $499 per month when $5,988 is paid yearly. Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year, with custom limits. Prices and plan entitlements can change, so use the official pricing page for a purchase decision.
Essentials lists two seats, 300 opened profiles per month, 150 creator-email unlocks or profile exports, tracking for 100 creators and 3,000 influential fans a month. Performance lists five seats, 800 opened profiles, 400 email unlocks or exports, tracking for 250 creators and 6,000 influential fans. Every plan, including Essentials, also includes Modash’s AI connector (MCP) for Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools. Those limits matter more than database size if several teammates source creators for multiple campaigns.
Modash advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card. Its trial FAQ caps evaluation at 20 profile views, six email unlocks and 10 tracked creators. Use a representative creator shortlist during the trial; a quick login is not the same as testing the volume needed for a full campaign.
How the limits work in a real month
The three limits are counted differently. Opened profiles and email unlocks are monthly counters that reset each month. Tracked creators is a ceiling on how many creators you track at the same time, shared across all active campaigns and your affiliate program; a slot frees up only when you finish a campaign or remove a creator. Modash describes a profile as one creator on a single platform, so as we read it, checking the same creator on Instagram and TikTok uses two.
A worked example on Essentials, with illustrative numbers rather than a test. A Shopify brand plans a 40-creator launch while 30 ambassadors from an earlier campaign are still tracked:
- Vetting: you open 120 creators on Instagram and 60 of them again on TikTok. That is 180 of the 300 monthly profiles.
- Contact: you unlock 90 public emails, 90 of 150. The first wave fits in one day, under the 100 new outreach emails a day per connected account, and follow-ups use their own lane.
- Tracking: 40 launch creators plus 30 ambassadors take 70 of the 100 slots. If you switch on Event Mode for the launch, which captures everything creators post even without tags, each of the 40 counts as two and you need 110. Finish the old campaign, skip Event Mode or upgrade.
The pricing page lists no add-ons. If you go past a limit, Modash says you upgrade to a bigger plan or ask for a custom one, so a single busy month can mean moving from Essentials to Performance.
Pros
- One workflow spans discovery, creator records and campaign tracking, according to Modash’s product pages. That reduces the number of separate systems a team has to evaluate.
- Tracking needs no creator sign-up, still catches posts that miss the campaign hashtag, and flags posts that are missing an ad disclosure.
- Every plan includes an AI connector (MCP), so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can search creators and read campaign data. Reading lists and campaigns this way uses no credits; opening a creator profile does.
- A no-card trial lets a team test its own creator list before choosing a billing term, within the stated trial caps.
