CAMPAIGN-LEVEL NUMBERS

Campaign totals do not tell you which creators to keep

Most influencer dashboards stop at the campaign total. 920 clicks, 71 conversions, 4.2x ROAS. None of that tells you which creators to pay again next quarter. Three places this breaks every time:

You cannot keep the right creators

When the report is "the campaign worked," every renewal is a guess. Per-creator attribution turns the next budget decision into a data call, not a meeting opinion.

Screenshots are not attribution

Late DMs, missing stories, and folders of phone captures do not stand up in a finance review. Evidence has to be collected as the campaign runs, not after.

Your CFO needs one PDF

Not a spreadsheet you assembled the night before. One clean export with creator, spend, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROAS. That is the artifact this page exists to produce.

WHAT GETS TRACKED PER CREATOR

Six metrics per creator, every post, every campaign

Granular by creator and by post. Aggregated by campaign, platform, and time window. The same six numbers, every report.

1

UTM clicks

By creator, by post, by platform. One link per deliverable, not one link per campaign.

2

Conversies

Matched to the tracked link or event that drove them.

3

Orders

Logged through Shopify connection or event tracking, attributed to the source creator.

4

Revenue

Including order total and average order value per creator.

5

ROI

Computed against the agreed creator spend for that campaign.

6

ROAS

By creator, by platform, by post, for the launch week, mid-campaign window, and full period.

HOW IT WORKS

From UTM link to ROI export in 4 steps

No UTM-builder spreadsheets. No manual click pulling. No CSV stitching the night before the review.

1

Create the campaign

Name, dates, platforms, deliverables, spend per creator. Set once at the start of the campaign.

2

Generate UTM links per post

Each story, reel, post, and short gets its own URL. No copy-paste from a UTM-builder spreadsheet.

3

Ship the content

The tool logs clicks and captures published creative as it goes live. No manual follow-up.

4

Export the ROI report

PDF or CSV, broken down per creator, with totals at the top for the finance review.

WHO USES PER-CREATOR ROI TRACKING

Built for teams that have to defend the influencer line item

If the next budget review will ask "which creators worked?" — these three teams need to answer with data, not stories.

In-house brand manager

Reports to CMO. Needs to justify creator spend in quarterly reviews with hard ROAS, not anecdotes about reach.

Agency account lead

Reports to the client at end of campaign. Needs a branded PDF that proves which creators drove revenue and which were dead weight.

DTC founder

Approves the influencer budget personally. Needs to see the cost-per-conversion column without opening a spreadsheet.

CUSTOMER STORY

2 mid-tier creators drove 42% of tracked sales. The headline name drove zero.

"We were attributing campaign performance to total clicks for two quarters. When we switched to per-creator UTM tracking, two mid-tier creators turned out to be driving 42% of tracked sales while the highest-reach creator drove almost none. We dropped the headline name from the next campaign and reallocated the spend. ROAS went from 2.1x to 3.6x."

Tracking vs Reporting vs CRM vs Campaign Management

Tracking is the live dashboard. Reporting is the export. CRM is the roster. Campaign management is the workflow. Same database, different verbs.

HONESTY BLOCK

What this tool does niet do

Honest limits beat overpromising. Five things outside the scope of tracking.

No attribution for untracked sales.
Sales that come in without a tracked link or event are not attributed. The tool reports what it can measure, not what it cannot see.
No paid-ad management.
This is not a Meta Ads or TikTok Ads platform. Run paid ads in your existing tool, track creator-attributed conversions here.
No creator payment processing.
Spend is logged for ROI math, not paid through the tool. Use your existing accounting and payment stack.
No predictive ROAS forecasts.
The tool measures past performance. It does not forecast which creators will perform next quarter.
No multi-touch attribution beyond creators.
Creator-source attribution is the scope. Cross-channel MTA lives in a dedicated attribution tool.

FAQ

What teams ask before switching tracking tools

How accurate is creator attribution?
Attribution is UTM-based and event-based. Any click or conversion that passes through a tracked link or fires a tracked event is matched to the source creator. Sales that come in without a tracked link, or through a different channel, are not attributed. The report tells you what it can attribute, and the totals reconcile against your store data.
Can I export the report as PDF or CSV?
Yes, on Pro tier and above. Free tier shows the report in-app. The PDF is formatted for client and finance review. The CSV gives you raw rows for your own analysis.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes, through the store connection. Order data flows into the per-creator revenue column automatically. For non-Shopify stores, you connect via event tracking on your existing analytics setup.
How is this different from GA4 source/medium tracking?
GA4 gives you traffic source data at the channel level. ClickAnalytic ties every UTM back to the named creator, the post, the platform, and the spend. The output is a per-creator ROI report, not a generic acquisition channel breakdown.
What if a creator does not use my UTM link?
That sale is not attributed to them. The report shows untracked vs tracked totals so you can see how much is captured. For best capture, agree on the UTM in the brief and provide pre-built links the creator can paste.
Can I track multiple campaigns at once?
Yes, on Pro and above. Free tier is one active campaign at a time so you can test the workflow.
How is this different from Influencer Reporting?
Tracking is the live dashboard while the campaign is running and content is shipping. Reporting is the scheduled artifact at the end of the period (monthly/quarterly PDF + CSV) that gets sent to leadership. Most teams use both. Tracking during, reporting at the end.
